Add one scoop (10g) of powder to 200–300 mL of water, juice, coffee, tea, or a smoothie.

Stir, shake, or blend until fully dissolved.

For hot drinks: mix the powder into warm or hot liquid and stir until smooth.

For cold drinks: shake vigorously or blend for best dissolution.
