PROCHAINE was co-founded by Dr Sarah Mitchell Weston — a Registered Nutritionist with a PhD in Human Nutrition from the University of Auckland, and over a decade of clinical experience helping New Zealanders transform their relationship with food and health.

Through her Auckland nutrition practice, Mitchell Weston Nutrition, Sarah has worked with hundreds of clients on everything from gut health and weight management to exercise nutrition and the hormonal shifts of perimenopause. And time and again, they asked her the same question: "Which supplements should I actually take?"

After years of reviewing the market, her answer was consistent - most products were under-dosed, full of unnecessary additives, or making claims the science simply couldn't support. So she decided to create something better.

PROCHAINE launched in 2022, built on a single principle: every product must meet the same standard Sarah would apply to a clinical recommendation. No shortcuts, no filler, no greenwashing.
