How to use

Pure Creatine:
Add one scoop (5g) of powder to 200–300 mL of water, juice, coffee, tea, or a smoothie. Our Pure Creatine is micronised, so dissolves well.
Stir, shake, or blend until fully dissolved.
Our Pure Creatine is unflavoured, so it will not affect the taste of your drink.

Collagen Beauty Blend:
Add 3 heaped teaspoons (10g) of powder to your smoothie or your favourite cold drink.
Stir, shake, or blend until fully dissolved.
Also great mixed in with yoghurt or sprinkled over breakfast cereal (Unflavoured or Vanilla).
Cooking with PROCHAINE Collagen Beauty Blend or combining it with hot drinks will reduce the Vitamin C content, so we don’t recommend it.


Storage: Keep the container tightly closed, and store in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture.
